Lindsie Johnson, Ed. S., our founder, and Principal Sustainability Expert believes in leading with results. She guides our team with over 13 years of experience, working with educators and students in both New York and Detroit. She began her career as an elementary teacher and chose to widen her framework within education management. She has served as Dean of Culture, Assistant Principal, and Principal in both new school start-ups and in school turnaround settings.
Lindsie has received training from top education institutions, including Harvard University. During her first year as principal, growth rates were among the highest 100 in the state of Michigan, with positive impacts on student academic outcomes, student attendance and retention, and staff satisfaction. She understands the value, and necessity, of strong systems and structures to ensure efficiency.
Through Lindsie's own success, she seeks to support other leaders in the educational community to reach these same outcomes.
